These guys are amazing!!! I was in a rush to get my door replaced before my tenants came in and they rushed the impact door and installed it on a Saturday morning on a holiday week. They were willing to do everything to satisfy me as a customer. They were fast efficient, beyond accommodating, and always kept me informed and up to date on the entire process. Could not have asked for a better experience!!! They are truly the best to interact with!

Super professional team. I had quite a few contractors come out to quote to install a door slab and a window insert. Most said the job was too small. I love the attitude this company has-no job too small! They were in and out pretty quick and it was quality work. Which is definitely hard to find these days. If I find myself with future projects, I will definitely hire them again and again. I would definitely give them more than 5 stars if that was an option.

Choosing the right door was so easy with their help. They installed 2 new exterior doors in a timely fashion. Installation was of high quality and the doors are perfect! Would highly recommend Carlos and Blue Diamond. They were a pleasure to work with.

We had such a positive experience working with Blue Diamond impact to replace all the windows in our home. Derek worked with us from the very beginning to take measurements, help us decide on the best product for us, ensure timely delivery and installation, and facilitate the permit process. Like any major home improvement project, there were minor hiccups but Derek went out of his way to keep us informed of timelines. Their prices were comparable to similar companies minus the common over the top sales pitches and attempts to upsell that we came across in this industry. The installation team, lee by Jorge, was also excellent. They were always on time, went out of their way to minimize disruptions while they installed, and took care to set up plastic to protect our things and airways from dust. We were especially grateful for this because we had a newborn in the house at the time of installation. Before Blue Diamond, we worked with Lowe’s for an earlier impact door installation and Lowe’s came no where close to our positive experience with Blue Diamond. Highly recommend Blue Diamond.

Blue Diamond Impact installed my bedroom/patio impact door this week here in The Hammocks, Miami. The quality is very good and the service outstanding. Benjamin was very professional and polite. He worked very hard until the job was finished, keeping the area clean of dust and debris at all times with a vacuum and covering the room and bed with plastic sheets. Very happy and satisfied customer here. Highly recommended.

Jonathan was clear and helpful when ordering the type of door that I needed, personally arrived at the commencement of the work, and left a competent crew that had high standards in their work and cleanliness. I love my new door and it works perfectly. It's too rare these days to find contractors with high standards and good communication/responsiveness. I highly recommend this company.
